How to ONE ARM ONE LEG PUSH UP
The Progressions or push up variations have no prerequisite of reps to move on to the “next level”. It just so happens that when you can do a one Arm Push Up, you can also do these too with more ease. I set them in order of easiest to most difficult for me but some of you may feel different about the order. Each exercise has different leverage and each person has different strengths. Experiment with many and you may surprise yourself.
