HERE’S HOW IT WORKS


STEP 1: ASSESS

First, you’ll download our training app and perform a movement assessment so we can see how you move and meet you at your current level

STEP 2: ADDRESS

Next, you’ll receive a personalized program made for you based on your physical assessment, evaluation forms, and what we spoke about on our onboarding call

STEP 3: APPLY

In order to see gains, you need to update us weekly on your progress so you can apply the feedback we give you and track your progress over time. Every 4 weeks, you’ll receive a new plan to continue making the training harder.

 

faq

how do i know i’ll make a good fit?

Every quarter we take on about 5-12 new clients ranging from all ability levels. You gotta be older than 25 years old, coachable (as my methods are most likely different from what you’re used to), and you want to be stronger and more flexible in the next 12 weeks. If that’s you, all you gotta do is show up and complete your weekly check ins. We’ll help you become stronger and more flexible no matter how much time, space, equipment, experience, or availability you have - our programs are built specifically for you and we’re here to support you every step of the way!

what kind of results can i expect?

If you were to hire an in person trainer to train with 3 times a week for 12 weeks, this would cost you about 3,000 USD. 

My training includes everything you need to succeed with the convenience of working out on your time AND guarantees results for only 900 USD for 12 weeks. If you follow the plan as is and complete all of your weekly check ins but didn’t make noticeable progress in strength or flexibility, you’ll get a full refund to show how confident I am with my program.

are my videos private?

Information and material shared like your social media handles or videos will not be shared unless given permission. We see A LOT of progress from our training programs, but there’s so much progress we don’t share because we respect our student’s preferences for privacy.

what’s your cancellation policy?

We ask for a 3 month commitment to build a physical foundation and get used to our methods. This will give you a short enough timeline to make gains and learn how to become all around. This takes a lot of work upfront and due to that, we do not provide a cancellation option on payments.
